How It Works

1

Developers & GC's Post Projects to Plan Room

Developers can now post their commercial construction projects in our Plan room, making them visible to general contractors in every state in the continental U.S. General contractors will review the projects in their 'Find a Project' tab, examine the plans and specifications, select subcontractors, and send out invitations to bid. These projects will then be posted on the 'More Opportunities' page within all local subcontractors' Project Area for review.

2

Search For Subcontractors

Use our website to search subcontractors by specialty or location. It's easy to search and find top-rated subcontractors near you. Centralize all of your company's bid opportunities in one place. Connect with your team members to allow shared access to your bid plan room. Includes status controls for your opportunities (Bidding, Not Bidding, Under Review, Submitted, Won, Lost.) Bid board can be downloaded in spreadsheet format for easy printing/sharing.

3

Contractors Connecting With Subcontractors

Quickly create and send invitations to bid. Increase the response rate. Complete local bid coverage in all scopes of work. The Contractors Group ensures your project is visible to the best local contractors close to your project. This saves you in traveling expenses, per diem, lodging, and smooths the inspection process when using subs they have worked with in the past.

4

Connect with Local Subcontractors

Once you find subcontractors that you like, simply select them and they will be added to the trades to be sent an invitation to bid. After a project is posted, you will be able to easily change any information on the invitation and an addendum will instantly be sent to all of the bidders. All projects can be saved as a template for future jobs, just change the information about the project, add new plans and specs, review and change trades, and add and remove subcontractors to improve production for your current locations.
